Sharing the Living Tradition: Irish Music, Identity and Culture

Bringing Ireland to Notre Dame…

I brought five Irish musicians, friends, and collaborators from the University of Galway to South Bend, Indiana, and Chicago for a series of concerts, lectures, workshops, and sessions. Members of the Notre Dame-South Bend community came together with the visitors to authentically engage with Irish identity and culture through music, dance, and conversation.

Thank you for the support of the Nanovic Institute for European Studies, the Franco Family Institute for Liberal Arts and the Public Good, and the Keough-Naughton Institute for Irish Studies.
